His Excellency the Minister of Labor and Rehabilitation in the Government of National Unity, Eng. Ali Al-Abed Al-Redha, visited Al-Sayeh Industrial Complex, on Saturday, December 10, accompanied by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation for Employment Affairs, Mr. Ali Al-Hadi Daou, and the Director of the Inspection and Occupational Safety Department at the Ministry, Mr. Abdul Nasser Al-Ruwaimi, in addition to representatives of the Passport Investigation Department, the Law Enforcement Department, and a number of labor inspectors at the Ministry.
The visit came within the framework of the Ministry’s inspection tour in a number of the Group’s factories, during which His Excellency and the accompanying delegation inspected the mechanism of work, quality management, and safety procedures, in addition to inspecting the conditions of foreign workers, residence procedures, and other matters related to ensuring approved international standards that comply with the Ministry’s regulations.
During this visit, His Excellency praised and expressed his admiration for the industrial structure of the Group, its production lines and quality management, which has excellent standards that comply with local and international standards.
The team accompanying His Excellency also examined the Group’s commitment to its full responsibility towards citizens and work, and expressed His Excellency interest in the contribution that the Group makes to optimally support the public sector, as well as its continuous development and absolute cooperation with state institutions and competent authorities, to contribute to the revival of the Libyan labor market.
