Azzad Atayb –the multi stored flour mill– was established in 2012 aiming to serve the Libyan population by providing the basic food in the form of rich nutritional wheat flour.
The flour mill is one of the highly sophisticated one with recent flour mill technology of EU. The flour mill is spread across 5 hectares of land in Benghazi. The structural designs and the equipments are of recently developed advanced technology. The production capacity is 600 mts per day, which means the flour mill can provide the basic food namely the wheat flour to the self sufficient level of the Libyan population.
It is an honor to our SG to mention about the quality, it is of preservative free one, safe, highly nutritional and healthy. The total process under goes with online quality inspection during its production, making its final products a safe one for the human consumption. A highly sophisticated laboratory with a professional team is working on this very important task. The by-products are one of the raw materials for our animal feed plants. On raw material front, the wheat used in our flour mill are from conventional origin and not of genetically modified. Since the milling is a continuous process the stock of raw material, the wheat is taken care from our EU suppliers on regular intervals. There is also plan for producing the value added products which is under execution.
